I believe we live our best lives when we fuel our body with the personalized nutrition it needs. Growing up as a dancer and runner, I felt the connection between food and performance. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in teaching hospitals for 10+ years, I have worked with many clients of all ages and genders, from the cardiovascular and surgical intensive care units to the neonatal and maternity units in the hospital. My previous certification in nutrition support (CNSC) served me well working in the critical care units for advanced nutrition needs. I have enjoyed teaching as a college nutrition lecturer, publishing and presenting research, and volunteering for various nutrition societies. A main goal of mine has been to translate scientific nutrition research to create practical, individualized nutrition care plans.
My speciality areas include peri-operative nutrition (pre and post surgery patients), gastrointestinal issues, auto-immune diseases, pre and post natal nutrition, cardiovascular health, and weight management for kids and adults.
I thrive on connecting with my clients, being an active listener, and providing scientific knowledge to best meet their individual needs. I create nutrition plans for my clients to achieve their personalized nutrition goals.

Update: From Nutrition for Moms to Nutrition for All
When I became a parent, I started my own practice, Nutrition for Moms, for mothers to get personalized health attention. Moms often take care of everyone, whether it be their children, partners, parents, or friends. Over time I began to answer more nutrition questions about kids, Dads, seniors, and individuals without kids. I love seeing Moms and their families and I also love helping motivated people who are looking to change the way they live and eat. My business is Nutrition for Moms, but even if you just know a Mom and you need nutrition therapy, I would love to see you!
I look forward to supporting you in achieving your personal nutrition and wellness goals.
